I was due to get 2 wisdom teeth extracted at this clinic on a Tuesday in a week that the day before was a bank holiday. I became sick with infected tonsilitis on the Sunday and was given strict instructions from my Dr to not even consider the extractions. I rang and left a voicemail on the Monday morning (the clinic was closed) and again on the Tuesday morning to make sure they got the message ok. I was then told that because I hadn't given 48hrs notice I would be charged 50 as a fine. It didn't matter about my circumstances, the bank holiday or my attempts to notify them. This is a blanket policy apparently. They have lost a customer over their ridiculous policy. Completely disgusted.
