Other than the 30 minute time frame to make an appointment in the morning (between 8:30 and 9am) and the occasionally unpredictable wait times to be seen for your appointment, I can't fault this place. The reception are knowledgeable and helpful when dealing with enquiries and any doctor I have had has been patient, professional and lovely, making sure they thoroughly cover any concerns or enquiries you may have. The level of care here is top notch
I am not a Ballymoney resident. I phoned up at 8:30 am and was connected to the secretary after a wait of about 10 minutes. I had an appointment made for that morning and was seen by a doctor within an hour and a half.
have to call in at half 8 in the morning when making an appointment and you cannot call after for some reason ? not clear on what the reason is but its ridiculous how long you have to wait on the phone and the have receptionists who are paid to take phone calls but wont make appointments after half 8 it is a joke and should be redone horrible service ...................................
