This is a massive shop staff ever so helpful and friendly they are not pushy and give you time to make up your mind. They have a cafe and it's great to have a coffee and decide on what you want. Access is perfect for buggies and wheelchairs and so is the shop. Have bought quite a number of items from them and I'm quite happy to recommend them
