I bought a beautiful watch for my wife. Typical man - I needed a present but didn't know what. Anne and her staff were great at taking me through the options to suit my budget. Gift wrapped and everything! Job done.

I had bought my daughter 2 watches 4 her 21st birthday. I went in to this shop an asked if I could get links removed I was charged 7.50 a watch which I didn't have a problem with. My daughter needed another link removed an when I went back down an asked for this she wanted 2 charge another 7.50 which I think is an absolute joke. I will never be back in this shop and I would never recommend this shop 2 anyone.... A total rip off!!
