Asked customer service to cancel an order because they reduced it by 65.00 a couple of hours after I ordered it they told me they would have the dryer re routed back to the warehouse but they delivered it to a neighbors house then told me I had to pay to return the dryer to them. They were very unhelpful and just told me to read the the terms and conditions. Not the best company to deal with
Very disappointed in Christies as this is twice i have ordered something and the delivery has taken over a week. And i was promised yesterday after a week my scissors would be delivered today. So i have called to check and they are saying yet again problem with Yodel so will be tomorrow earliest. Not good as I really needed those scissors for a Bichon booked in tomorrow morning at 8am!!! The girl was not sorry and when i said about just having me money back and just closing my account as using Christies is no longer beneficial to me i was answered ok i will close your account no sorry or to try and rectify the problem. Christies you have gone down hill with your deliveries and customer service and its not good. I will now have to take my business elsewhere. Shame.
Awful. Order some cordless dog clippers for detailed work, I.e face and paws etc...Box arrived opened, security seals cut open and the contents of box clearly open/ used.Disgusting. Outrageous.
